We had it listed with a different realtor for four months with no offers. We listed with Jason and accepted an offer within two weeks. We was honest with us on what we should expect with the sale price and once we had an offer, he successfully negotiated with the buyer's agent. We really appreciated his help and advice after inspection and helping to negotiate the terms of the work to be done as well.
